However, there are also scenarios when the data needed on the destination chain is not observable on-chain.

The EIL SDK allows users to define a single-use ephemeral keypair as part of the Cross-Chain UserOperation. This keypair can be used to supply additional data to the UserOperation without the need to re-sign it with the main key of the Smart Account.
